HomeGrow Invest is a facilitator hosting profiles, discovery, chat, and agreement generation services. We do not hold user funds, guarantee returns, or provide investment advice. Our platform connects verified home businesses with investors for profit-sharing arrangements.

Eligibility & KYC

Users must be 18+ years old and provide accurate information. PAN verification is required for all users. We may suspend or ban accounts for misuse or risk-related concerns to maintain platform integrity.

Discovery & content

Our platform provides interest-only discovery services. We do not provide investment recommendations. All user-generated content must be lawful and comply with our community guidelines.

Agreements

All agreements are between Business and Investor parties. HomeGrow Invest is not a party to these agreements and does not enforce payment obligations. We provide the platform for agreement generation and record-keeping only.

Fees

Any platform fees will be clearly displayed and communicated to users before they commit to using our services. We believe in transparent pricing.

Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for business performance or missed payouts to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users invest at their own risk.

Disputes with the Platform

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at [City, State], India.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
